About ECSSe

Our mission is to unite and strengthen the Ethiopian Canadian Community in Edmonton to support each other, especially in times of loss of loved ones.

ECSSe key objectives:

• To coordinate and provide timely moral, financial and logistics support to ECSS members during tragic losses, such as the death of a family member.

• To create and maintain a community resource related to coping with the death of a loved one and assist/facilitate arrangements of necessary funeral and burial services.

• To maintain and nurture the Ethiopian culture of coming together to support each other in times of the loss of a family member.
